Where do you deliver?
We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
For our New Zealand customers - Please note that we unfortunately cannot ship beds and some bowls. The details section of the product page will let you know if we cannot ship that specific product.
How much is postage?Australia-
We know how much you hate paying for shipping. That's why, shipping on all orders over $50 is free throughout Australia! Flat-rate shipping cost of $6.95 applies to orders under $50.
For orders over $100AUD, shipping is free! Flat-rate shipping cost of $16.95AUD applies to orders under $100AUD.
How long until I get my order?
Processing takes 1 to 2 business days. After processing, please allow 3-5 working days for postage depending on where you live in Australia. Orders to WA will normally take 6-8 working days. International orders will take longer than this to deliver. Please note, these timeframes are just estimates. We want you to enjoy your new product as soon as possible, but sometimes there can be delays with the postman.

Sometimes things just don’t work out- we understand! Online purchases of new, unused items can be returned for a refund within fourteen days of purchase. Please email us at email@example.com with your order number to request a return or exchange. Please note we cannot offer returns on collar tags that have already been engraved.
Returns will be processed within 5 days of receiving the product, but we will be sure to keep you updated. ( Please note that some credit cards may take longer to process the refund which is out of our control. )
Unfortunately, we don’t cover the costs for you to ship the product back to us, and if you paid for shipping when you purchased the item, the cost of shipping will not be refunded.
